"Fly from Here" is based on the 1980 Buggles/Yes song "We Can Fly from Here". At 23:58 in total length, this is the longest studio recording Yes have ever released. "Solitaire" is an acoustic solo piece by Howe. Material mostly written by Squire/Howe/Horn, with contributions from the others. Squire described the writing as "very collaborative".

This is Yes's worst album ever. As you say it's based on Buggles and it sounds like it. A producer as great as Trevor Horn shouldn't be rehashing his old stuff like this. It's boring, aural wallpaper and fit only for low class elevators in seedy office blocks. There are no highlights, it's just a vaguely pleasant drone in the background. REALLY disappointing.
Bring back Jon Anderson

don't lose your money to buy this; don't lose your time to download this;the album not sounding like the Yes sound; the new singer is too falseto-like-operisitc, he isn't a rock singer; he's far away of Jon Anderson voice; the sound result is too poor;live shows are possible to enjoy but new studio material in 2011, sucks!!!
Whenever Trevor Horn is bought in by Squire... Jon Anderson and the soul of YES are jettisoned for another stab at the "making it".... funny I swear there's a pattern there.... It all boils down to what a tool Chris Quire appears to be really... You'd think after all this time they'd be comfortable with the classic lineup give or take one Wakeman sibling or two... how hard would it to be to bring in other peoples ideas but still maintain the core lineup... these days the public don't care anymore.... sorry Squire & Howe you're both drongo's.... eat up your buggles pop schlock no one else will.
